Please check the following:
- In-game Setup: Most games require you to enable Amiibo in the game settings first (e.g., turning on the Amiibo feature in Zelda or using the Nook Stop terminal in Animal Crossing).
- Controller Hardware: Make sure your controller supports NFC. Many third-party controllers lack built-in NFC sensors and cannot read Amiibo data.
Tap the device against an active NFC phone or place a magnet near it. The hardware-level NFC or magnetic sensor will trigger a direct system interrupt, forcing the screen and CPU to wake up and refresh even when software or buttons freeze.
Yes! You can use a third-party NFC app (like TagMo) on your phone, select the 'Read Tag' function to scan your physical figures, and save the data as a .bin file. Then, simply transfer these files to the corresponding folders on your emulator. This allows for digital backup and centralized management of your physical collection—you only need to carry one emulator when you go out.

You might notice our device advertises support for up to 3,500 data slots! To achieve this capacity, the device combines Chip Storage (managed by firmware updates) and 2MB Flash Memory (user-managed).
Here are a few tips to ensure a smooth experience:
Upload frequently used files only: The 2MB user memory operates on fixed 4KB blocks. To avoid running out of memory quickly, try not to upload your entire Amiibo collection at once. Keep the flash memory for your most-used data!
Keep file names under 45 characters: Long file names can cause display or saving issues, so please keep data names to 45 characters or fewer.

A Google account is not required to download our files. If you encounter a "Service Unavailable" error, it is usually because your browser is logged into a school or corporate account with strict security filters.

The gray version does not require a firmware update to 7.22. No further firmware update is needed. Future game tag data can be transferred to the device through the Bluetooth Manager. Please refer to the video tutorial for detailed operating instructions.
